I help parents feel more grounded, connected, and confident during one of the most tender — and sometimes overwhelming — stretches of family life.

Clinical CORU-Registered Social Worker
I'm a clinical social worker with a deep focus on perinatal and infant mental health. My work centres on attachment — the invisible thread that shapes how babies and young children come to feel safe in the world, and how parents come to trust themselves in the role.
I started Little Connections because I kept meeting parents who were struggling quietly: exhausted, anxious, unsure whether what they were feeling — or what their baby was doing — was "normal." So often, what they needed wasn't a diagnosis or a fix. It was a steady, informed presence who could help them understand their child, understand themselves, and find their footing again.
Whether we're working through a difficult pregnancy, the fog of the fourth trimester, a baby who won't settle, or a toddler whose big feelings feel impossible to manage, I bring the same lens to every family: curiosity, compassion, and a belief that the relationship between you and your child is the most powerful tool for change.
Clinical Social Worker, registered with CORU (Ireland's regulator for health and social care professionals).

Parents so often come to therapy believing they've failed somehow. My work starts from the opposite assumption: you're doing your best with the resources and history you have.
Infant behaviour always makes sense in context. Understanding that context — together — is often where the real shift happens.
Secure attachment isn't about never rupturing the connection. It's about noticing, and coming back together, again and again.
