Every family is different, so sessions are shaped around what you and your child need — not a fixed protocol. Here's an overview of the support Little Connections offers.
Pregnancy and the first year of parenthood bring enormous physical, hormonal, and identity changes — and it's common for anxiety, low mood, intrusive thoughts, or birth trauma to surface alongside them. This work offers a steady space to process what you're feeling, without shame.
Babies and toddlers can't tell us in words when something feels hard — but their behaviour, sleep, feeding, and mood tell us a lot. We look together at what your child might be communicating, and build practical, relationship-based strategies to support them.
These sessions bring you and your child into the room together. Rather than talking about your child, we work directly with the relationship — noticing patterns, building attunement, and repairing moments of disconnection.
Sometimes you just need space to think things through with someone who understands early childhood development. These are flexible, one-off or short-term consultations — no long-term commitment required.

Every relationship starts with a free 15-minute consultation, so we can talk through what's going on and whether Little Connections is the right fit.
That's completely okay — book a free consultation and we'll figure it out together.
